Our oil is obtained from our own Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino olives which are hand picked in November.

The pressing is done in a modern mill where the extraction does not require high temperatures; the oil obtained with this method has a distinct aroma and a fresh, fruity taste.

Altitude: 400 m. above sea level.
Density of plants per hectare: 250
Soil:
average mixed soil on a substrata of sandstone.
Harvesting: by hand.
Extraction: centrifugal cold press at the mill.
Storage: steel tanks and green UVAG bottles.
Average bottle production: 1000 half litre bottles per year.
